A fine disc January 19, 2008 S. Carmichael (Westerville, OH USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I play with both discraft and whamo... No noticeable difference.. Maybe if your a pro or a faithful of discraft (or maybe work for them).. then you can tell the difference or at least will claim that discraft is the best... Apparently that must be the case in some of the other reviews... But for casual players and backyard frisbee enthusiasts (like me) this disc is a great flying disc and has a great feel to me...But hey, I am a regular guy... I like Discraft too... I like golf too... but I do not claim allegiance to Titlest either, or Nike Golf shirts. Its a brand for all sakes........ I just don't fall into that Taste Great - Less filling, Ford - chevy, Democrat - Republican camps like so many reviewers do... Its a frisbee... My only gripe with Whamo is, there ridiculous trademark claim on the word frisbee.... Good disc... You won't be disappointed...
Good balance, good flight, great buy February 25, 2008 J. Myers (San Antonio, TX) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
It's been almost a year since I've owned this frisbee and while I haven't had the opportunity to throw it a lot, it's been a pleasure each time I get the chance. It certainly replaces the good quality 175 I had before my dog got to it. I like 175g discs because they aren't affected by normal breezes and have enough weight to carry momentum a long distance. But are not so heavy that they take a strong person to throw and/or catch. This is a great all-around frisbee.
ULTIMATE Frisbee March 8, 2007 Byron P. Croker IV (Key Largo, FL) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The disc has a great feel to it and one toss lets you know that Wham-O makes great frisbees. For speed and accuracy this is a great choice.
Ultimate in Nicaragua June 13, 2007 Jason M. Edgerton (Managua, Nicaragua) A bunch of us expats/missionaries play ultimate every Sunday in Managua. We have used a bunch of different discs, but these Wham-o Ultimate Frisbees are by far the best. They also hold up the best in these harsh conditions.
Pretty Good August 15, 2008 S. Arceneaux (Grand Canyon, AZ) I like this one a lot. So much better than any other I've owned. I'm not a serious frisbee player, I just like to fool around with one on the weekends, but this has got good grip and the size is perfect.
